Novatec Braids Ltd. manufactures a wide range of braided ropes for tie downs, low stretch water ski tow bridles, reflective tent cords, ski trail boundary ropes, golf net border ropes, fairway boundaries and maintenance, knot tying classes, hot air balloon rigging, sailing and power boat docking and anchoring.

Novablue - NOVABLUE™ is our premium double braided polyester rope designed for general marine, industrial, and commercial use where low elongation, high strength, and abrasion resistance are required. US Mil - R - 24677 CDN Mil - 40-GP-16M

Novagold - NOVAGOLD™ is our premium double braided nylon rope designed for general marine, industrial, and commercial use where controlled elongation, high strength, and abrasion resistance are required. US Mil - R - 24050D CDN Mil - 40-GP-16M

Novalite - NOVA LITE is a double braided construction of multifilament polypropylene in both core and cover. Novatec’s unique process provides for a stronger, lighter line that is easy to handle with no water absorption.

Nova Shock - NOVA SHOCK is our premium grade shock cord. Unlike hardware variety shock cord, Nova Shock is braided with color fast solution dyed polyester cover yarns for superior protection against abrasion and ultra-violet light.

Pendants - Novabraid Pendants (or pennants) are hand fabricated from Novablue polyester, Novagold nylon or floating Oletec-12 strand polyolefin per customer specification. Programs can be developed for mooring service companies to address local conditions, ordinances and product identification.

Utility Rope - Novabraid utility rope is a higher quality than big box or hardware varieties. It is constructed with only first quality UV stabilized MFP yarns in both core and cover. Utility rope is available in many colors and put ups including cut lengths and hanks.

Static Kernmantle - Novabraid polyester static climbing lines feature a braided core and 48 carrier cover. Custom color patterns are available on request.

Night Bright - NIGHT BRIGHT is a similar construction used in the standard Throw Line with a twisted multi-filament polypropylene UV stabilized cover and a parallel strand MFP core but includes a reflective fleck for low light visibility.

Water Rescue All Novabraid water rescue lines are available in a variety of put ups including 600ft wooden reels, 1200ft bulk box, cut lengths, mesh bags and throw bags. Optional Night Bright reflective tracers are available on all water rescue constructions up to 1/2 inch diameter.
